Still, it just occured to me that my (supposed future) children will never live in a world where Michael Jackson is alive… and that’s totally weird to think, right? They’re going to feel about MJ the way I feel about Elvis.

it’s not that spooky. He was a person. crazy? He died. it happens. you probably know a dead person. now you have heard of another one. We are people, going to die. He came, and was, and did his thing, and then he died. What’s different? Nope, nothing. Not for us. Put on his records whenever you like, it will always be there. He made it, and that was then. all we did was like it. All respect, he did it. achieved just a little bit more significance than most of us can. Relative significance is probably the best we could hope for—Kudos! R.I.P.
